Thank you for purchasing digital products from RakshaStack. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains the conditions regarding refunds and returns for digital assets sold on our website.


1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on RakshaStack are digital assets, including but not limited to:

  • Software

  • Downloadable files

  • Licenses

  • Digital tools or resources

Since these are intangible digital goods, they are delivered instantly after purchase. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it is considered consumed and non-returnable.


2. No Return Policy for Digital Products

Due to the non-revocable nature of digital goods:

  • Returns are not possible

  • Exchanges are not allowed

  • Reselling, sharing, or transferring access is strictly prohibited

Once the download link, file, or access credentials are provided, the purchase is considered final.


3. Product Compatibility & User Responsibility

Some products may require specific software environments or network conditions to function properly.

For example:

  • Certain tools such as CapCut PC assets/templates may require the use of a VPN to function properly depending on the user’s region.

  • If the product works only when a VPN is used, it will not be considered a product defect.

Therefore:

  • No refund will be issued if the product requires a VPN to operate.

  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring they can use VPN services if required.


4. Platform Compatibility

All product descriptions clearly mention the supported platform.

For example:

  • If a product is listed as PC Version, it is intended only for Windows PC users.

Refunds will not be issued if the buyer:

  • Purchases the product by mistake

  • Attempts to use it on Android

  • Attempts to use it on iOS

  • Attempts to use it on MacOS

  • Uses any unsupported platform

Customers must carefully read the product description and requirements before purchasing.


5. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

  • The product file is corrupted or inaccessible, and our support team cannot resolve the issue

  • You did not receive the download link or access after payment, and our support team fails to deliver it

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Compatibility issues on unsupported devices

  • Failure to read the product description

  • VPN requirements needed to run the product


6. Support & Issue Resolution

Before requesting a refund, customers must contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

  • Re-sending download links

  • Fixing access issues

  • Providing basic technical guidance
